There are some things I’d like to achieve or do with this blog. Whether I actually succeed is another!
– Disseminate interesting news and opinions from the English-language sphere to Finland and vice-verse.
– Contribute to public debate on the relevant issues of our time (eurocrisis, unemployment, industrial relations). In particular, I feel that the mainstream media in Finland always interviews the same people [add pinch of salt] and in particular regarding the eurocrisis alternative analysis of causes, solutions and current policy does not get enough space in newspapers.
– Contribute to news on the pulp and paper industry. This is something that has been on the backseat lately, but still interesting.
